How many hours will my Cleaner need? To clean your property to a high standard it should never take the same amount of time each week. We will give you a guideline of how long it should take in case you want to be out while the cleaner works. Why does it not take the same number of hours each week? If you have had guests there will be more work to do. Our staff are trained to clean to very high standards. This means they will rotate around your home on a weekly basis. Pulling out furniture, wiping down wood work, removing lime scale from the bathroom. No clean will ever be the same. Are all your staff CRB checked? The majority of our staff are police checked. Those who are not we are waiting for the checks to come through. We also follow up references. Do I have to be in when our cleaner comes? No, the majority of our clients are at work. We are happy to hold keys. How do you price up my job? We will give you a price to clean your home to a high standard every week no matter how many hours it takes. How do I pay? We can invoice you monthly. For some clients they prefer to pay weekly so you can leave out either cash or cheque for the cleaner to take. Cheques should be made payable to BreezeIt. How often do I need my home cleaned? The majority of our clients like to have their cleaner in on the same day every week. However for some people this is not realistic so they have a clean fortnightly or monthly. Can you do my ironing at the same time as my clean? Yes. Many people enjoy the benefits of having their ironing done in their own home. However we can collect your ironing and return within two working days. What do I do if I am not happy with the standard of the clean? At the start of a new job it will take some weeks for the cleaner to establish a routine. This time is vital for feedback from yourself to ensure the clean is to your requirement. We regularly spot check out staff.
